mere baby ko potty bahut hard hoti hai, mai usko 1saal se EZlAX powder de rahi hu....yeh koi problem to nahi hoga sir, itna long time se yeh powder dene se....pls suggest me....

A. potty hard hote hai because of less water intake and less fibre in diet keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake give fibre rich foods as papaya pear sapota apple oats Dalia give curd daily for good digestion
