consult paediatrician if rash spreads, or is painful and pus filled.
diaper rashes typically occur due to fontact of ammoniacal substances in urine with skin for longer time.
also stools mixed with urine add up to that.
hence creams ,oil serve as barrier between the two.
also check that diaper is not too tight.
also provide some diaper free time to your baby so that skin gets some air.
