Q.

mere baby ki nind din b din km Ho rahi hain Aaj din main sirf 2 ghante soya hain rat main thik thak sota hain 2 -2 ghante Ki nind Leta hain.. mera c section huva hain rest nahi le pati jyada to irritate hojati hun what should I do?

A. aaj 2 baje se almost constantly main use Brest feed hi kr rahi hun.. still he is not sleeping
