shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom You don’t have to do anything. Some pimples are totally normal and it get cured by its own the next few days. For next few days stop applying oil on baby’s skin and just use baby products. And try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently.
