mere baby 4 month 15 days ke hai birth weight 3 kg tha ..but ab wo 4kg 500 gm ke hai week lagte hai .feed m usko apna karate hu ..mujhko thyroid problem hai m 100mg ke tab lete hu .. m apne baby ka weight up kise kru ..plzz telme
