mere 6 year ke bete ko jukam ki vajah se 2-3 din phle nose chhil gai thi us par papdi jam gai thi jo usne hata di but fir uski nose se pakne lagi h what should I do pics are attached

A. hi mom for this please show to doctor if it is not removed easily by soft damp cloth also ask doctor to give some methods its not formed again
