Q.

mere 5 months k bete ko cold cough k sath kal raat se fever hai 101 tk ja raha hai. pcm .8 ml de rahe hain weight 7 kg hai aur jhukam k liye nasoclear nasal drop kya koi antiboitic jaruri hai ya pcm is sufficient for fever. plz suggest

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu whyiiere most of the time supportive treatment is given. alongg with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

A. hello the child being very small this would require a proper medical attention and it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which would be better and also safe and nothing to worry about
