POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Green poop in kids can be alarming but is usually not a cause for concern. Diet, such as eating leafy greens, can cause green poop in toddlers and infants. Or it could be due to diarrhea or a bacterial infection. Poop is usually brown, but it can change color daily.
