mera c section se baby boy hua hai jo abhi 20 days ka hai .. to kya mai apnepairo Or hatho Or back ki massage karwa sakti hu cesarean k baad ya nahi?

You can get a gentle massage done on your leg they should not pull your legs or something because then we eat away is going to affect the stages but if you just do a basic gentle massage and I think that is what you can do also I don’t know whether you a doctor told you this or not that we Keagle exercises as well that is going to help and relaxing the pain in the bodyWrite Your Answer Here
