mera c section jan 2025 mein hua hai baby 9 months ka hua hai, kya mein yoga join kar sakti hu kya? aur fir se baby na hone ka operation kab kar sakti hu??

When you had a C-section you should have got the family planning surgery done that time only when you were cut open it was just a five minute job for the doctor to do it and for yoga you need to check with your gynaecologist if your stitches are healed completely then you can go for it
