mera c section hua tha 49 days pehke ab tk main warm water se bath le rahi thi..lekin yaha tem 41 hai to kya ab mai normal pani se bath le sekti hu ir normal pani piu to chalega...please reply

There are no restrictions as such. Eat a well balanced, healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while you breastfeed the baby.
