mera c section hua h 2.5 month pahle after c section mujhe constipation or hard stool hota h jisse us area me pain hota h kbhi kbhi cut ho jata h after c section piles ki problm ho jati h kya ? plz koi med bataeya jisse ya problm solv ho jay

A. aap kafi Matra mein Pani lijiye aur fruits vegetables leni chahie Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also
