DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 18 months old and he is having a cold cough and running nose so give him syrup maxtra 1.5 ml and syrup chericof 2 ml three times a day and saline nasal drops twice a day
