Hi babies can achieve their milestones at different timing. don't worry. as 4 teeth have erupted, maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing twice daily with silicone finger toothbrush along with rice grain size amount kids toothpaste like colgate natural.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello sir Every baby is different in achieving milestones. Babies they get whole set of 20 primary teeth by three years of age. So no need to worry. Ur baby will erupt rest of the teeth within this time frame. Take care
