Kiddodent is the best that I can suggest you but you can go ahead with using Himalaya kids toothpaste just change the brand and see if that helps because every brand has its own toothpaste and fluoride free specifically for kids so I would recommend you but go for the range of kids and see that helps and visit a dentist if needed
