Mera beta 14 months ka hai us nay apnay uper fennel gira diya wo daiper pehhan kar thay per phir bhi daiper may say private part kan chala gaya toh ek testical uper chala gaya bacha bhot roya toh hamne water or soap say wash kar nay k baad phir testical nechay aagaya ab bacha normal hai

What is this fennel that you are talking about that’s not clear to me but if the blisters have happened and you washed it with cold water and all then if it is a burnt kind of a thing then you can apply silver ointment otherwise you please consult your doctor because what has happened is very unclear to me as to what has fallen down
