mera baby sade 3 month ka hai or vo green colour ki pani jesi potti karta hai din me 4 se 5 bar karta hai... to mujhe kya karna chaiye.. please SUJESAN

Hello ma’am If your child is on formula feed that the motion colour can be green easily and if it is too much watery 5 to 7 times in a day then it could be due to some infection in the stomach so please consult your paediatrician ones for a proper check up and go for a proper course of medicines
