Mera baby raat ko sota hi nai h kya karu jab se born hua h wo kabhi v 3 to 4 hours soya nai h jabki mai ache se feed karati hu diet v sai h Bt fir v jab uthta h raat ko ushe pi kar hi sona h fir wo chahe 5 mint ke baad hi kyu na uttha ho mai bahut pareshan ho gai hu iski habit se kuch samjh nai ata kya karu mai akele rahti hu koi aur hai v nai pls help me

A. the best way aap baby ko dinner at 7.30-8.30pm dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha dejiye.. 10pm a cup of milk/breast feeding.. give good massage before bed.. play some music as the baby is sleeping..
