mera baby ko 1.5 month ka vaccination hua hai usko bukar ke liye mefkind- p dalsakte hain kya o 1.5 month ka hai?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. aapane Jo dava bataya vah ek combination medicine hai jiske andar paracetamol hai aur ek higher medicine bhi hai but aapko itna chhote bacche ko Khali paracetamol Dena hota hai kyunki dusre dava ki side effect jyada hoti hai

Calpol five drops you can give once and maximum four times in the day with a gap of six hours the medicine that you are giving kindly suggested to give it without your doctors advice this is the right medicine which is given given and they say so I would advise you either you connect with your doctor or you give the medicine that I’m suggesting
