A. Hai good morning !! Waking up in the middle of sleep might be diaper wetness/discomfort, or for feed. While moving Just pat gently to get back to sleep if baby feeling discomfort,crying check diaper and change diaper . Due to peeing,pooping they feel hunger and demands feed. Also latching gives comfort so they demands frequently feed every 2-3 hours and burp well after every feed.
