mera baby 4 months ka hai.. uske gums bilkul hard ho rakhe hai & usko loose motions or head warm bhi h mujhe kya karna chaahiye?

Teething has started to happen I think it would be good for you to consult your doctor for further assistance a doctor would be able to help you with right medicine and treatment you should follow and I think for the time it would be good for you to shift to non-lactose milk
