mere beta 4 years ka ho chuka h but underweight h, bilkul weight increase nhi hota. mujhe kya karna chahiye??

First you will have to check how much underweight your child is and according to that you can introduce another food to the child but currently with what you have mentioned I am only going to advise you to increase the intake of veg and non-veg proteins for the child
