ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi your kid is showing slow eruption pattern but don't worry as kid's usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3-3.5 years.. as few teeth have erupted hope you have started brushing your kid's teeth
