Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. for gastric colic you can give collicaid drops to your baby.proper burping and tummy time after every feed is helpful.cyclic motion of legs also relieves .please do not overfeed the child as well if the child is frequently spitting milk.gas rpelated problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system.
