mera baby 11 months ma hua but vo crawling nahi karta hai to it's normal or I should consult with Dr.

Look if your child is learning to stand and walk with support then it is not a problem but if your child is not even reaching that milestone despite of not crawling then it may be a problem in case you can consult your doctor for further assistance for sure
