mera abhi 9 month shuru hua hai. mere pairo me halki Sujan hai aaisa q. or neend bhi puri nahi hoti hai. plz koi solution hey tho bataiye.

U Can keep your legs in to warm water with salt into it that’s going to help in reducing down this issue but swelling is not considered good at any point of time during pregnancy so in this case I’m definitely going to give you a suggestion to consult your gynaecologist once
