A. Hello , to loose your weight you should walk regularly and do yoga and exercise. Take proper healthy balance diet. Avoid fatty foods, fried foods foods, processed foods, sweets, cookies, refined foods, carbonated beverages. Take fruits salad before breakfast and vegetables salad before lunch and dinner. Complete your dinner 2 to 3 hours before going to bed.
