mei abhi pregnant hu may be 2 month mera ek phala beta h 20 months normal delivery se or mujhe thyroid bhi h or mera weight 70 kg mei apna weight kese loss karo or kya karo par ab mei diet bhi kar rahe hu morg mei brown bread and lunch mei khaana toda 2 roti bas lunch mei salad kha rahe hu baki ab kuch bato plss

A. Hello mom aapne jaise kahan ki aap pregnant ho , then would suggest ki weight loss Diet na kare, instead be mindful of what you are consuming that is very important, also get some physical exercise as well
