Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is better to give proper breastfeeding in a correct position and take plenty of liquids and high fibre in the diet as a breastfeeding mother it will be helpful to increase the breast milk

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom U can have lactare tablets to increase breast milk. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats etc in ur diet to increase bm. Take care
