me 26 ki ho aur mere do bache h mera weight 70 ho gya tha mene exercise se 5 kg km bhi kiya but mujhe weekness si lagti h aur weight bhe nhi km ho raha h ab ruk gya h, to kya oziva protein le sakti hu kya wo sahi h mujhe thyroid bhi h

A. bgvc. there is no other way other than doing exercises for losing weight please do brisk walking and yoga also take diet less in fat and carbohydrate all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables will help

A. You should take protein only under doctors advice because during thyroid is the doctor suggest then only you should take it because it’s not very easy to digest these protein powder so if you’re not losing weight but you want to then you follow proper diet under a nutritionist advice and do intermittent fasting that will help
