Q.
many of people were saying avoid sugar nd salt... but how baby will find the food tastier...coz at present i give my daughter evrything in boiled form with add little bit of salt into it... still it will harm her kidney?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Hello. Babies doesn't know sweet or salt taste unless we introduce it. So do not worry the food is bland. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it .
