should we give salt nd sugar to baby before the completion of 1 year?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. avoid till 1 year, sugar may cause caries and tooth decay in children, depress immunity. Salt will be a burden on the tiny kidneys and the kidney’s will not be able to function properly.
