man my mensuration is irregular previous month I got three days period but only little spotting iam having 2 year old boy and 11 month girl baby is this normal mam

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. in case you are a breastfeeding mom then it's very normal to have irregularities in periods due to hormonal fluctuations.. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
