#Mamypoko#AskTheExpert Hi docter i had my c section in June 2020 and after 6 months onward I started to do exercise but still not loosing weight .What to do ?

A. Hi Along with exercise, you also need to follow a calorie controlled diet. avoid sugar, sweets, junk foods, fried foods, bakery products. Add more of protein rich foods like skim milk, egg whites, pulses sprouts, curd Vegetables fruits Drink lot of water.
