ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. copper T or pills.Try to stick to some brands only fir clothes and other articles as its better not to get carried away by all these fancy thingsSee you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.

Copper T And these days there are injections also available which you can get done every three or six months to avoid pregnancy for longer and but I would just like to say everything has a side-effect so it would be better that you discuss it with your doctor before you go for any any choice of contraception
