A. Dear Mom, aap stress na le. pehle zyaada sabzi, fruits, palak, dry fruits, doodh , dahi, ande ya non veg ya paneer yeh sab khaaye. junk food, mithai, namkeen, tala hua yeh sab avoid karein. Khoob saara paani piyein aur roz 45 mins le kiye tez walking karein. isse aapka tummy region aur wazan dono ghatega
