#Mamaxpert Please tell me about the weekly meal plan I can give to my baby and how much water and how many time i should give to a 6 month baby ?

A. Hello mom the number of meals basically depends as to how well the baby is getting used to semi solids , you have start with one time a day and one food at a time and then gradually increase the quantity and variety. Water a few sips throughout the day would be good and alternate her solids with your feed
