you can also add galactagogue like 1 tsp methi seeds with a glass of water, 1 tsp shatavari powder with a glass of water, 1 tsp aliv / halim / garden cress seeds with a glass of water - avoid if thyroid issues.
you can also make laddos of these seeds and nuts.
eat on regular intervals and continue exclusive breastfeeding to baby for complete 6 months.
