include all the food groups like whole grain, millets , dals and pulses , milk and milk products, nuts and oil seeds, seasonal fruits and vegetables . especially green leafy vegetables .
avoid processed and packaged foods, avoid skipping meals.
have small and frequent meals
have enough water intake
be stress free and enjoy your pregnancy

Hello ma’am If there is no issue or complication or you do not have any problems like thyroid BP diabetes during your pregnancy then you basically do not need any kind of diet for the same but still if you insist on having one then you should be consulting a nutritionist once regarding the same
