#Mamaxpert Hi ma'am, my mensus flow has increased a lot post delivery as compared before. is it normal or do I need to get it checked?

A. it happens due to hormonal fluctuations.. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated. visit your gynaecologist once
