#Mamaxpert Hi .. it’s been 3 months since I undergone c section.. my abdomen is bulging please do suggest me some abdominal exercises so that I don’t put on weight as it is increasing rapidly

A. Hi You can start exercises now. also try to restrict fried , sugary foods & sweets. Include lot of salads, Dal's, egg, fish curd in your meals. Stay hydrated. sleep well.
