#Mamaxpert hi doc my wife delivered a baby boy with c section and she is very weak and can't get proper milk to feed the baby. Please suggest any good diet for her health and also my baby was 10 days old suggest diet for him aswell.

A. hello dear good morning Postpartum there are no restrictions at all so try to feed your wife with all the healthy food items or normal regular meal should be the part of the diet of your wife
