#Mamaxpert Hello mam it's almost 1.5 month after delivery. I caught operation. but still I m bleeding.what can I do?

in case of C-section..
your uterus is not fully contracted at the time of child birth.
so you can experience irregular bleeding or spotting later on too due to hormonal fluctuations

hemoglobin was around 8-9
and I m felliing too weak. I consulted with dixxtor she gave me medicine for 5 days. it worked a little bit but after medicine it started again.
Today nia 48th day for regular bleeding.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hai good morning !! Bleeding after delivery lasts 40-60 days it depends on delivery mode,body type(Harmones) and Haemoglobin level.
It's common to bleed 45-50 days after C-section nothing to worry.
Have balanced diet with calcium, iron rich foods and supplements,more water and fluids for hydration.
