#Mamaxpert hello dr I wanted to know how to reduce my belly fat and weight also after two an half year or CeasarIan delivery

A. good morning start doing some exercises post 7 to 8 weeks off the delivery start with low intensity and then move to the high intensity exercises along with the following healthy diet by focusing more on the fibres and less of oil
