mam present 23weeks I'm not getting frequent movement of my baby and very light movement

A. it will be a better approach if you take proper guidance from your Gynecologist regarding this query as she is the better person to advise you regarding this problem, you can get all your doubts cleared in detail and receive proper treatment if required for this. reu

A. hi as you get drastic change in it , better to visit your gynecologist take Healthy and nutritious diet keep your self well hydrated. take enough sleep
