mam my son is now 2 yr 11 moths old...he is telling alphabets and numbers and mummy and daddy that's is...is there any complicated .. please tell me mam.

Cognitive skills (responding to commands,his name, asking needs water, snacks , naming things by pointing out, direct eye contact, speaking small sentences , responding to your questions, commands relatively. If you observe baby only repeating alphabets, rhymes (screen content like ads and all ) only few words ,not responding to commands, no eye contact or any of the above then consult Developmental paediatrician or child psychiatrist.
