mam my son is 5 year old.. I m 37 year..there is very less bleeding during my period just only spot ing..I use pills since 5 year..which type of problem is this?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. pills is the cause. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
