Q.
mam my son does not eat food he just bite 3 or 4 chucks there after he refused . he has constipation problem . he goes very hard while potty . Potty is also hard and not fully toilet. it is since long time.aprox 4 months. he potty in daily but not ful flash. plz guide he eats khichdi dalia oats and apple purie

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. child having hard motion and not eating properly child is having constipation problem give plenty of liquids and high fibre in the diet it is very helpful while giving food causing constipation in the child and consult your doctor once for needful

Make meal time fun with toys and story
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge pulses whole grains milk products
