Hello ma’am I would appreciate if you could please post your query properly the next time you have to mention kilograms or KG along with it so at least I am sure that you are talking about your weight. Anyways I would just advise you to take a proper diet from a dietician and go for a proper workout to lose on your weight in a proportionate manner as that’s the only way out to lose on your weight
