Mam my baby girl is 39 days old wt 3.8 kgs is suffering from gas ..doc suggested flatuna drops ...can I simultaneously use neopeptine also?she is formula feeded and holds her hands tightly while pooping...first comes tightly and then becoming loose....per day she is pooping twice
